"WHEEZES COLLECTION” contains :
1 bottle of “BCQ” capsules
1 two ounce bottle of our “No Wheeze, Please 2 (Acute)” tincture formula
1 400g. bag of whole, organic flax seeds
2oz. of dried Nettle leaf for tea
All of the ingredients in the “BCQ” capsules are anti-inflammatory , PLUS —
Bromelain (from Pineapples) helps the absorption and utilization of the other ingredients;
Curcumin (from Turmeric) helps to heal the gut, and helps to normalize the Immune System so that it does not hyper-react to allergens;
Quercitin is a natural bioflavanoid that helps to “stabilize mast cells” which, when assaulted by an allergen and a hyper-reactive Immune system, burst open and release histamine !
Flax seed, and other “Essential Fatty Acids” (EFA’s) like Evening Promrore, Borage, fish and nut oils, strengthen cell membranes (which are MADE of lipids/oils) and thus prevent the mast cell bursting (or “de-granulation”). Flax seed is perhas the best source of Omega 3 oil.
IMPORTANT — the BEST way to take FLAX is to freshly-grind the seeds before each use ! Flax oil oxidizes very rapidly after the seeds have been ground, so eat it immediately after grinding in your little coffee grinding machine. Sprinkle on cold cereal, put in apple sauce, or just add to your favorite juice and drink immediately (otherwise it will gel in the juice ).
THIS is why we send WHOLE seeds, not ground seeds !
NETTLE is perhaps the best herb for quelling allergies. Drink two to three cups daily. Feel free to blend with tasty herbs like Lemon Balm, Tulsi/Holy Basil, mint, Chamomile, Licorice root, etc etc…
